- The FRIENDS Protective Factors Survey. This instrument is a pre/post survey that is designed to be used with caregivers who are participating in programs designed to strengthen parenting and prevent child abuse and neglect. It consists of 20 items and includes the following subscales: Family Functioning/Resiliency; Emotional Social Support; Concrete Support; and Nurturing and Attachment. - Kellogg Foundation Logic Model Development Guide. This guide provides a detailed overview of logic models and their benefits. The guide also provides in-depth instructions on how to create logic models using several examples and providing checklists, worksheets, and other resources.
